The room was modern & huge with comfortable beds and nice view, for example. The location was favourable and unbeatable, near the mall, main attractions around Amman as a tourist-downtown and city center, and the business district and Abdali Mall.

My favorite property in Amman. The hotel is well-maintained and has cooperative staff. Free parking onsite provided. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

The staff was professional, attentive. They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with extra bed in Junior Suite and the most beautiful view, for instance and that was essential. Having a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet was a bonus.

It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with extra bed and the most beautiful view, as for instance and that's great. The location was magnificent and incredible for me, next to the mall. Easily reached Mesh, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.
They served extremely poor breakfast, it can be far better.
